Kathleen Karatas, CPA is an associate in both our Audit and Accounting Services and Business and Individual tax group.  Kathleen joined the firm in 1996.

Kathleen has more than 20 years experience in accounting, auditing, tax and consulting services. She provides auditing and consulting services to both commercial and not for profit organizations.  As a member of the Tax Group, Kathleen provides tax preparation, research and planning for corporate and individual clients.

In addition, she has contributed to AICPA publications.
