Senior Accountant

Excellent growth opportunity for a Senior to Manager level accountant with a minimum of 3 years public firm experience to work at our expanding CPA firm with offices in Bucks & Montgomery Counties and New Jersey.

Your family needs quantity time--not just quality time.  In a typical year, our team works an average of 2100 hours a year-and that’s billable & nonbillable hours.  Yes-we have a busy tax season but the workload is less at other times in the year.   And we don't have prescribed in-office time.  Work, outside of work at client locations, can be done from home, on your schedule.

Position requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years public firm experience
  • CPA license required

Tax Accountant-Part-time

Excellent part-time opportunity (15-20 hours per week with more time available during tax season) for a CPA with 5+ years public firm experience to work at our expanding CPA firm with offices in Bucks & Montgomery Counties and New Jersey.  The candidate will prepare federal, state and local income tax returns for individuals, businesses, fiduciaries and exempt organizations.

Position Requirements:

  • CPA license
  • 5+years current experience as a tax preparer
  • Strong tax, communication, accounting and analytical skills
  • Work independently & as part of a team directly serving clients
  • Strong computer skills: proficiency preferred in Ultra Tax and MS Office
  • Experience in working in a paperless environment

Internships

The Spring Internship Program starts in January and ends in May.

The Summer Program extends from June to August.

Internships are paid and average 20-30 hours per week. Students work in one of the following departments: Audit & Accounting, and Tax. Interns participate on real client engagements and are likely to be exposed to trial balance software to prepare work papers on field laptop computers, tax software to prepare corporate and individual tax returns, planning and execution of audit engagements, analysis of various balance sheet and income statement accounts, taking physical inventories, preparation of financial statements, internal projects. Interns will be challenged and receive periodic performance feedback.
